8X10's For All My Friends

From now until the end of time, which I believe is 2012 according to a movie trailer I saw recently, if you book me for a photo session I'll give you a free 8X10. The catch? You have to be friends with me on Twitter or Facebook.

Is this some sort of marketing gimmick to get more Facebook and Twitter friends? You bet it is. If you see my work and like it, hopefully you'll follow me on Twitter or Facebook. And when the need arises for a photog, free print for you..

All of my prints are "custom" prints, meaning I do all of the enhancing and printing myself. Why? Because I'm a control freak... I want my prints to look exactly like I intend them to.  Most photo labs disappoint me with what they produce so I avoid them whenever I can. I can print up to 13X19.

My price for a custom 8X10 is $40.00. Not interested in an 8X10? I'll apply $40.00 to whatever size(s) you'd like.

All you have to do is follow me on Twitter or Facebook (or both) and hire me to do your photography.

Better hurry...the Mayan calendar says time is short!

uh, i remember this guitarist who was openly and sarcastically of a comic book publisher for pulling a similar stunt on myspace...i also remember that the results weren't good for our hero...

also, i tried setting your blog as one that i follow on blogger, but can't make it work...please off suggestions...since i'm almost finished my fourth year at hogwarts, it won't be long before i can apparate to mckinley and have my picture made...

I was critical of the comic book "stunt" because you had to get your friends to vote for you, so I naturally thought whoever had the most friends would win. I was surprised when it didn't turn out that way. BUT, yes, businesses do promotions to get their name out. Maybe you should try it with your next band...maybe offer to play at a bachelorette party or something.

And it's McKinney, not McKinley. One's a city, the other was a president with bad eyebrows.

Thanks for following me on Facebook. I O U one 8X10 when you do make it to McKinley, er, McKinney.
